in the first match of the season on Sunday 11th March 2007.
Shauna Gallogly opened the score sheet for Mullabrack with a 14 yard
free. The same player sent a long high ball in, which the goalkeeper
failed to prevent from dropping into the net.
Mullabracks defence had held strong in the opening quarter but
Forkhill opened the defence in the last ten minutes scoring a goal
and two points. Shauna Gallogly finished the first half scoring with
a good point to leave the half-time score level at 1:2 each.
In the second half Forkhill got off to a better start scoring two
points early, however Mullabrack settled and began to dominate
possession. Shauna Gallogly scored her third point and Christina
Crilly equalised with a well taken point to leave the final score
1:4 each.
